Face #49.
Coloring with the kids again today, only this time with markers.
I did a quick, fun sketch of my beautiful niece. I'm about to start a much larger (much less messy, and more accurate) version of this with graphite pencil.

Face #23.
I am so embarrassed to be actually posting this. What I wanted was to try to draw a caricature... but this is very disappointing. I went a little overboard with the red marker. Ugh. Maybe in the morning it won't look so bad.

Face #12. Mixed Media.
This started out as a couple of magazine scraps glued to a piece of paper. I could see a face shape, piece if hair, and scarf in the lines and shadows and just followed along with it.
