Face #186.

I can't always find time to create by myself :) Once again, my little boy helped me out - can you guess which part he did?

It's ok. I like to be able to share that time with them (sometimes).

After all this time - almost a YEAR, I finally hooked up my scanner. It's so much better and easier than using my camera. What was I thinking? Anyway, that should make this just a little bit easier :)

Also, a word of advice - if you're feeling blah: Go for a run (rain or shine), draw a picture, and make some hot cocoa. You'll feel much better.

I was pretty happy with the way this sketch was turning out... until I left it and went to make breakfast.
A little boy came and scribbled all over it.

If I've learned anything from this project, it's that art is more about the experience than it is about the result.

For some reason I was dreaming of bright colors all night last night... so I got out my colored pencils first thing this morning!

I would LOVE to get some Prismacolor markers. I've never really worked with them before, but they sound amazing. What are your favorite art supplies?
